Cardinia Shire is booming. The shire is adding roughly 255 new dwellings a year, and Pakenham East alone is planned for more than 7,000 new homes. Every one of those blocks eventually needs a boundary fence, and many need a compliant pool barrier and a tidy automated gate as well. At the same time, the early-2000s estates that built out the corridor — Cardinia Lakes, Lakeside, Heritage Springs — are now reaching the age where their original fences are sagging and ready to replace. There is more fencing work in Cardinia than almost anywhere in the state, and we are a local team built to do it.

We build for two very different sides of the shire. Down in the corridor it is suburban boundaries on clay-reactive soils under high-UV summers — where concreted posts at the right depth and low-maintenance Colorbond earn their keep. Up in the hills around Pakenham Upper, Gembrook and Maryknoll it is acreage and lifestyle blocks where exposed paddock wind dictates closer post spacings, deeper footings and braced strainer assemblies. Same trade, two completely different briefs, and we know both.

Across all of it we work to the codes that matter — the Fences Act 1968 for shared boundary fences and cost-sharing, AS 1926.1 and the Victorian pool-barrier regulations plus Cardinia Shire registration for pool and spa barriers, VBA registration for fencing over 2.1 metres or retaining work, Cardinia Shire planning or building permits where height or corner-splay applies, and Dial Before You Dig before any post holes.
