Who pays for a shared boundary fence?
Under the Fences Act 1968 (VIC) the cost of a sufficient dividing fence is generally shared between adjoining owners once the correct fencing notices are served. Much of our Cardinia Lakes and Lakeside replacement work is shared-fence work, and we can supply the quote you hand to your neighbour.
